High functionality comparable to fluoropolymer (PTFE) coatings!
Currently, there is a growing movement, particularly in Western countries, to reduce the use and production of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) through regulations. If these regulations continue to strengthen, there is a risk that the use of PFAS may be banned. FC Corporation offers a wide range of PFAS-free coatings that can serve as alternatives to fluoropolymer coatings, and we can provide suggestions tailored to your specific applications. 【List of PFAS-Free Coatings】 - Ceramic Coating - PAI Coating - PEEK Coating - PEKK Coating - FCX coat Antonym 【Features】 ■ Non-stick ■ Low friction ■ Wear resistance ■ Chemical resistance *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Company information
FC Corporation specializes in surface treatment processing, focusing on fluoropolymer coatings (Teflon coatings), ceramic coatings, and PEEK coatings. Fluoropolymer coatings (Teflon coatings) possess many excellent properties such as heat resistance, non-stickiness, wear resistance, low friction, chemical resistance, and insulation that cannot be achieved with other resin coatings. Ceramic coatings have exceptional heat resistance, maintaining non-stickiness, low friction, and wear resistance even at high temperatures, and their hard 9H coating significantly enhances durability. Additionally, they excel in thermal conductivity due to far-infrared radiation.
