"BFT3" is a product that is bonded-coated for each individual abrasive grain, featuring a very homogeneous and fine pore distribution along with moderate elasticity, making it suitable for mirror polishing of various metals. Thanks to the uniform coating of each abrasive grain and the effects of the binder with moderate elastic properties, scratches are less likely to occur, resulting in a beautiful mirror finish. The "ZERO Wheel" is a non-woven abrasive wheel used in the polishing process of printed circuit boards. By refining the buff particles, it can reduce hole clogging defects in through-holes compared to conventional products. We propose the vitrified grinding wheel 'V505J' for gear honing, in response to the needs for reducing processing time, improving dressing intervals, and enhancing gear precision as part of our ongoing efforts to reduce vehicle noise. Vitrified grinding wheels offer superior durability due to their strong bonding agents compared to traditional epoxy and hybrid types, allowing for improved dressing intervals and tooth profile accuracy. However, vitrified grinding wheels are inherently weak against impact.
