We are pleased to announce that we have added a communication notebook feature to our childcare support service "HoiCa." With the communication notebook feature, you can communicate with parents and record childcare information such as "meal content confirmation," "bowel movement check," "sleep check," "medication check," and "temperature check." When caregivers record and communicate childcare information, a notification will be sent to the parents. Additionally, it is also possible for the daycare to check the parenting records and communication content provided by the parents. We are pleased to announce that we have added a touchless attendance feature to our childcare support service "HoiCa." In the previous version of HoiCa, parents needed to hold an IC card and input necessary information via a touch panel upon arrival. With the new touchless attendance feature, parents can now send childcare records, attendance information, and communication details from the communication notebook before arriving, allowing them to simply hold the IC card to the card reader for attendance registration. Additionally, once the attendance registration is complete, parents will receive a notification via LINE. The childcare facility can also verify the attendance information. In our desire to have this implemented in as many facilities as possible, we have kept the price unchanged.

We would like to introduce the development case of the study plan app 'ViCCOLA' aimed at exam candidates. Within the company Duquest, which operates a tutoring school, there were opinions that led to the initiation of the app development project. However, since it was not their area of expertise, they entrusted the development process to us. Due to the complexity of the functions and the need for database processing to handle large amounts of data, we utilized technologies such as CDN and NoSQL to improve speed and implemented a design that allows for quick responses. As a result, not only the study plan but also the number of problems solved in a day and the pages of reference books read are visualized, which has contributed to increasing the motivation of exam candidates! At Takatsuki Hospital, when they wanted to capture and record the condition of the surgical site during operations, they used digital cameras or smartphones for photography. In response, our company proposed the development of an application utilizing smart glasses. The camera is positioned to capture the user's field of view, and the shooting position is displayed on a screen in front of them, allowing for accurate photography without mistakes. As a result, the images from the surgeon's perspective are always accessible, enabling not only training for medical students but also the ability to stream surgical footage worldwide. Introducing a case study of the "Bed Entry/Exit Information Sharing System" for nursing and caregiving facilities. We received a request from a customer stating, "We would like a system that notifies nurses and caregivers when patients or residents leave their beds at night, as there is a risk of falling from the bed." In response, we collaborated with another company to develop a system where a sensor embedded in the bed detects when a patient leaves the bed and sends an alert to the smartphone held by the nurse. The alert is triggered immediately upon exit, allowing information to be received quickly from anywhere within the facility. We would like to introduce a case where we created 'VR content' by filming actual experiences of high-altitude activities and bungee jumping at Takayama Dam and Takayama Bridge, known as tourist attractions in Nanshan Castle Village. Typically, VR content is created by immersing users in a 3D space, but by using actual footage captured with a 360° camera, we were able to produce content that offers a greater sense of thrill. An incident occurred when all outdoor activities were canceled due to the approach of a typhoon, but many customers, from adults to children, were able to enjoy the experience. We would like to introduce a case study on the development of the childcare business support system "HoiCa." It is true that traditional systems, while multifunctional in areas such as shift management and accounting, often come with high usage fees, making it difficult for many facilities to implement them due to budget constraints. Therefore, we conducted interviews with childcare workers and arrived at a product that includes only the truly necessary features. On December 2, 2019, we began product implementation verification at Tsuki Nursery School. In a survey conducted two weeks after the start, we received feedback such as "We can now manage attendance records digitally, making administrative tasks easier."
