Business Activities
■VPP-related Business We construct solar power plants on the roofs of distribution and service stores, logistics facilities, and other buildings across the country, supplying green energy that does not harm nature to the community. We have the number one track record in Japan for on-site PPA implementation (over 300 locations nationwide). Additionally, we are developing an on-site PPA with a surplus circulation model that allows for the sharing of surplus electricity, a first in the industry. ■Energy Management Business Efforts to decarbonize begin with reducing energy consumption. Our energy management system "Enedge," equipped with AI, predicts electricity usage and promotes energy-saving behaviors using "nudges," while automatic control of air conditioning ("Enedge AiR") reduces electricity usage while alleviating operational burdens. ■Electricity Supply Business for Households/Corporations We offer "Smart Den CO2 Zero," which aggregates and supplies surplus electricity (non-FIT renewable energy) with zero CO2 emissions by utilizing AI and energy data. With no application or cancellation fees, no basic charges, and a simple and clear pricing structure where you only pay for the electricity you use, you can easily apply for membership.
