IMCD is a global supplier of polyamide resins. We offer a wide range of polyamide products tailored to our customers' applications, including polyamide 6, polyamide 66, polyamide 12, semi-aromatic polyamides widely used in metal replacement applications, amorphous transparent polyamides, and bio-based polyamides, among others.

On September 8, we announced in a press release that IMCD Japan LLC has acquired 100% of the shares of Kuni Chemical Co., Ltd., a specialized trading company in the chemical industry, making it a subsidiary. Since its establishment in 1997, the company has specialized in handling composite materials for the construction industry, raw materials for paint chemicals, and materials for industrial applications, providing a wide range of services to customers. Headquartered in Osaka, it consists of 28 employees, and its sales for the fiscal year 2021 were approximately 2.5 billion yen. We intend to effectively utilize the products and sales network held by the company to contribute to business growth more than ever before.
