One of the hardest types of urethane rubber is the 90° grade. It is a material with excellent abrasion resistance. Processing is often done with the core metal of the center part entrusted to us. We also accept the work of removing the previous rubber.

This is a heat-resistant insulation sheet made by Nichias Corporation, primarily composed of inorganic minerals and formed through a special molding process. It has a maximum operating temperature of approximately 800°C and does not contain asbestos. The standard size is 1m x 1m, and you can choose a thickness ranging from 1 to 6mm.

We create and shape molds of any shape, but the biggest feature is that a thick, durable, and beautiful skin layer is formed. We also accommodate surface painting, texture, hardness selection, and the insertion of hardware. This is something you may also encounter in entertainment facilities.

MC Nylon is an engineering plastic manufactured by casting. All manufacturers adopt blue as the basic color. It is well-suited for machining, and various processes such as turning and milling are performed.

High ethylene is a lightweight material with excellent insulation and cushioning properties. It can be thermally welded and allows for three-dimensional shaping. It is more durable than polystyrene and can withstand repeated use.

• Cushioning material

This is a process where double-sided tape sheets are adhered to the rubber material to be processed, leaving the release paper partially intact. It allows for the shape with double-sided tape to be placed on top of the sheet. When in use, picking up and peeling off small items one by one is significantly more efficient than picking them off the sheet. Even if dropped, they won't scatter, making it easier to count the pieces.

F-2 has higher sound-absorbing performance compared to general polyurethane foam. There are other types available, but this type is the most affordable and lightweight, used across a wide range of industries. It also meets the flame retardant standard equivalent to "UL-94 HF-1."

• Interior parts

It is an ethylene propylene rubber with excellent weather resistance. When used outdoors, it is one of the most commonly used rubbers. We have materials for punching in stock, so please inquire about thickness and other details.

PA6 is a representative polyamide that excels in chemical resistance and impact resistance, is tough yet flexible, and maintains strength over a wide temperature range. Flat washers are commonly used in construction materials. The feasibility of processing varies depending on the thickness, so please contact us for inquiries.

L-1400 is a widely distributed PE foam material that is often used as cushioning due to its moderate hardness. Since it is cut with water jet pressure, there is no damage to the material from stress or heat. We welcome inquiries regarding design and layout.

• Cushioning material

Silicone is excellent in heat resistance and can also be sterilized by boiling. It is also characterized by its ease of coloring. The raw rubber is shaped into the desired form according to the mold by applying heat and pressure. It is similar to the process of making taiyaki. There are products that comply with the Food Sanitation Act, and it is widely used in bento box seals.

• Signal lights and rotating lights

Polyacetal takes advantage of its excellent durability, making it suitable for gears, bearings, pulleys, and rollers that require fatigue resistance and wear resistance. It also has strong properties against solvents and low water absorption, resulting in high dimensional stability during processing, making it suitable for cutting and welding operations. A representative material, Delrin, is produced by DuPont.

A-8 is a type of polyolefin foam that is resistant to degradation from water and light, making it a durable material suitable for long-term use. It is processed using a die-cutting method with blades set into a plywood board, commonly referred to as Thomson or bick dies. We also accept inquiries for mold production for animals and other purposes.

We always have neoprene rubber with a general hardness of 60° in stock. For thicknesses of 1 to 3 mm, there is a possibility of a short delivery time. Die cutting requires a mold, but please feel free to consult with us.

It is cut from a highly transparent acrylic sheet, also known as organic glass. Laser cutting leaves slight marks on the cross-section, but it is characterized by not becoming cloudy. There is no need for polishing, and round holes and R shapes can be cut cleanly.

• Forging Machine

CR has average properties such as weather resistance, ozone resistance, heat resistance, and chemical resistance, and it is also non-flammable. By adopting a multi-faceted mold, we efficiently mass-produce. We use Nitto Denko Corporation's LE5103 for the double-sided tape.

This is a low-foaming polyethylene sheet from Mitsui Chemicals Tohseiro Co., Ltd. It is hygienic, low-odor, has minimal impact on contents, and provides moderate cushioning. The TSS grade features a laminate of tetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) sheets on both sides, offering excellent resistance to chemicals and solvents.

PP is one of the lightest plastics in terms of specific gravity, excels in thermoplasticity, and is a good material for molding and recycling. It is suitable for food sanitation laws and can also be used for applications that involve embedding in the human body. It has a good glossy appearance and is resistant to scratches. It also excels in chemical resistance and water resistance, and is used in a wide range of fields such as Tupperware, washing machine drums, ventilation fans, battery cases, and syringes.

A-8 is a polyethylene foam that is 15 times thicker and comes in a variety of colors. Due to its independent bubbles, it does not allow liquids to pass through. It is often used as a moderately firm cushioning material and has many applications in equipment transportation and metal processing products. There are limits to the thickness that can be punched, so please feel free to consult with us.

We use ethylene-propylene rubber that excels in weather resistance and chemical resistance. For outdoor use, EPDM, which has relatively slow degradation, is recommended. Although they are small parts, there are some that can be processed by punching, so please feel free to consult us.

This is a polyurethane rubber with excellent wear resistance. The hardness is 60°, so you can feel some elasticity when pressed. After finishing it in a circular shape, it is split in half. We can accommodate various sizes, so please feel free to consult with us.

ECZ is a lightweight polyurethane foam with a density of 16±1.5kg/m³. It is available in white and gray color variations. The new press machine can punch out large items approximately 120mm thick.

• Cushioning material

We will create molds of any shape and carry out the molding process. You can choose the hardness, whether or not there is a skin, coloring, and skin patterns. This is a familiar molding process, even for soft toy balls. We are open to consultations regarding mold making from actual items.

6N is a representative polyamide that excels in chemical resistance and impact resistance, is tough yet flexible, and maintains strength over a wide temperature range. When extracting hard materials, we also focus on improving the durability of the molds used for extraction. Extraction processing is possible depending on the thickness, so please contact us for inquiries.

It can be used in a wide temperature range from high to low temperatures and is known for its hygienic rubber. To improve the efficiency of removing debris from small holes, it is designed so that the debris falls beneath the mold when punched out. Silicone rubber is available in stock depending on the thickness, so please consult us.

• Mixer/agitator

F-2 has higher sound-absorbing performance compared to general polyurethane foam. It is the lowest-priced and lightweight option in this category, and it meets the flame retardant standard "UL-94 HF-1." MC nylon has excellent mechanical strength, heat resistance, chemical resistance, and abrasion resistance. It is a material that is widely used in general. The L-1400 was cut using a water jet cutter, and the image was created for demonstration purposes. It enables three-dimensional processing, which is a feature of 5-axis control. Since it is a widely used material, there is a rich variety of color options available.

Soft PVC is a familiar transparent vinyl used for desk mats and similar items. Like rubber, it can be adhered with double-sided tape or processed through punching. It is also used in factories and warehouses for partitions and cold storage curtains.

POM has excellent wear resistance, sliding properties, and mechanical strength. The molding machine can produce efficiently, making it suitable for mass production. Please make use of the main equipment at our Kazo factory.

CR rubber sponge is flame-retardant, has good oil resistance, weather resistance, and ozone resistance, and is a commonly used industrial rubber sponge. It has a hardness of 25°±5°, and it has the property of expanding and contracting due to temperature changes. This is the most commonly handled type of rubber sponge in our company.

• Distribution Board

FR-100 is a flame-retardant rubber manufactured by Iruma River Rubber Co., Ltd. It is an EPDM-based rubber. In various fields, there is a strong demand for flame-retardant measures, and it complies with the UL-94 V-0 standard. We also offer rubber sheets with other functional properties.

This is a transparent variant of the commonly seen gray PVC. It is an inexpensive material that is easy to process through bending, welding, and gluing, and is used in a wide range of fields. It has excellent chemical resistance and weather resistance, and its flame retardant properties help prevent the spread of fire. It is finished by gluing in a U-shape.

ECS is a general polyester-based polyurethane foam with a density of 22kg/m³. Using a scanner, it is possible to create precise molds of complex shapes. There are colors available in white, black, gray, blue, pink, green, and yellow, so why not create stylish interior products?

The raw rubber is molded into the desired shape according to the mold by applying heat and pressure. Please feel free to inquire about molding in other colors, such as white.

• Wiring materials

PP is a lightweight, water-resistant, and highly hygienic inexpensive resin. It is used as a slip packing to prevent twisting of rubber gaskets. Depending on the shape, cloudiness may occur around the cross-section due to pressing pressure.

B-4 is a sheet formed by foaming that is 30 times the thickness of polyethylene. It is characterized by its lightness and pleasant texture, and is used not only for cushioning applications but also as insulation material. In punching processing, it is expected that chipping and wrinkles may occur due to pressing stress.

Abbreviated as polycarbonate, it is a resin that excels in impact resistance among high-transparency resins. Due to its high insulation resistance and dielectric strength, it is also used in electrical products. It is commonly seen in discs such as CDs and DVDs.

Juralon is utilized as an alternative to metal parts due to its excellent durability. It can also be used for gears, bearings, pulleys, and rollers that require fatigue resistance and wear resistance. With low water absorption, it has high dimensional stability during processing, making it suitable for cutting and welding operations. It can be processed from various materials such as sheets and round bars, and glass-filled materials can also be accommodated in molding.

L-2500 is a polyethylene foam with an apparent density of 30kg/m³, widely used for its smooth texture and softness. It comes in color variations of white, black, gray, red, yellow, green, and blue, resembling a pool float. NR has what is known as the most rubber-like elasticity, excellent wear resistance, cold resistance, and mechanical properties, and it is also easy to process, which is a great advantage. HDPE, also known as high-density polyethylene, is a rigid material that is strong against impacts, resistant to cold, water, and chemicals, and is inexpensive. LD-45 is a foam produced from low-density polyethylene (LDPE) using a method that does not involve chemical blowing agents, resulting in very low outgassing of substances such as formaldehyde and sulfur. It can be safely used for countermeasures against sick house syndrome, as well as in precision equipment like electronic circuits and medical devices. It is available in white, black, gray, skin color, and blue, with an apparent density of 45 kg/m³.
