By utilizing this assessment service, companies can clearly identify the challenges of their own systems and the requirements for changes needed for improvement, enabling them to set improvement goals and establish criteria for measuring achievement after implementation. The factory diagnosis service (simple diagnosis) was also offered as part of this assessment service.
