What is iCube Digital's LES "Y's-SF SmartLab"? The Laboratory Execution System (LES) is a software system designed to support data management in laboratories and testing rooms. Y's-SF SmartLab automates various tasks related to testing, such as executing tests, monitoring the status of testing equipment, and collecting test result data, based on the test plans sent from LIMS. By systematizing data entry and the creation of test records, which have previously been done manually, it not only reduces the workload for inspectors and improves the operational efficiency of the lab but also contributes to enhancing the quality and reliability of test data, achieving data integrity.

It is a space-saving model of the AI image inspection solution "Y's-Eye," which combines AI image inspection with an exclusion mechanism to support the stabilization of inspection quality and reduction of labor. The inspection accuracy remains unchanged, and it packages an AI smart camera with the exclusion mechanism. Designed for narrow spaces in food factories, it does not interfere with the layout of existing lines and is ready to use immediately upon placement. Assuming inspection just before packaging, the arrangement of the inspected items is only in a series configuration, and the exclusion of defective items employs an air jet method, resulting in a simple structure that achieves stable and fast inspection speeds. Since both inspection and exclusion components are included, it is ideal for automating visual inspections performed by humans.
