■Background of Free Factory Diagnosis Service The assessment service that we have been providing at iCube Digital is a consulting service aimed at clarifying the process of organizing issues within factories and achieving smart factory transformation. By utilizing this assessment service, companies can clearly identify the challenges of their own systems and the requirements for changes needed for improvement, enabling them to set improvement goals and establish criteria for measuring achievement after implementation. The factory diagnosis service (simple diagnosis) was also offered as part of this assessment service. However, with the recent penetration of initiatives related to DX (Digital Transformation) and GX (Green Transformation), there has been a significant increase in customer needs regarding system changes and the introduction of new systems, as many customers are unsure of where to start due to unclear bottlenecks within their factories.
