Start of "Factory Diagnosis Service" to understand the current status of our factory's DX and GX transformation | Digital SIer supporting DX in the manufacturing industry | iCube Digital

Aikyuube Digital Co., Ltd., which supports the DX and smart factory transformation of the manufacturing industry, will individually separate the "Factory Diagnosis Service (Simple Diagnosis)" that has been part of its assessment services and offer it for free starting from August 23, 2022.
The Factory Diagnosis Service was previously provided as part of the assessment services, but as the initiatives for DX and GX have become more widespread, there has been a significant increase in customer needs regarding system changes and the introduction of new systems, particularly due to unclear bottlenecks within factories and uncertainty about where to start. We believe that by widely utilizing this service, we can accelerate support for our customers' problem-solving, which is why we have decided to offer it for free.
■ Flow of the Factory Diagnosis Service (Simple Diagnosis)
1: We score the current situation based on 15 diagnostic items aligned with seven key areas in the factory, highlighting issues.
2: We compare the scores with the ideal factory as described by the customer during prior hearings.
3: Based on the understanding that achieving a perfect score in all areas is not necessarily the realization of a smart factory, we provide advice on how to move closer to the customer's ideal factory.
