We would like to introduce a case where we collaborated with a major home appliance manufacturer on new element development, starting from brainstorming basic principles to considering the adoption of non-circular gears and prototyping partial modifications of existing products. We received a request to achieve performance and capability improvements not through electronic control, but by enhancing mechanical components, and we initiated the project. We would like to introduce a case where we supported the design of a prototype reflecting the design phase of a mechanism using servo motors, wires, and springs for a venture company. This included the design of internal movable mechanisms and external housings. The built-in devices and mechanisms were of course considered, and the designer requested that the appearance screws be hidden. We paid attention to the design by arranging screws under the non-slip part of the palm and where the fingers bend.
