Introduction of a case where development was advanced by balancing heat dissipation measures, improved assembly, waterproof design, and miniaturization.

We would like to introduce a case study of waterproof development consulting for industrial equipment and wearable devices for venture companies. We assisted with the waterproof verification of a product that was already in the prototype design stage. We identified issues, created proposals for solutions, and significantly revised the design before ordering the molds, which allowed us to reduce mold change costs and resolve quality-related problems in advance. Before arranging the molds, our engineers participated in the design team, closely collaborating with the client to advance development on heat dissipation measures, improving assembly, balancing waterproofing and miniaturization, and adjusting the design.
