Due to the impact of COVID-19, there has been a delay, but the automatic welding system that has been developed over the past year and a half has been delivered. We will now proceed with adjustments and teaching, and we plan to start operations by April. The welding size range is from 20A to 300A, with a standard length of 5.5 meters. It is capable of welding pipes, elbows, and flanges. The welding will be done using TIG welding, ensuring high-quality products that can be produced "quickly," "accurately," and "from one piece to mass production." Our company originally manufactures transformers, tanks, and piping for plants, and we rarely produce "exactly the same" products. Therefore, we aimed to develop a robotic system that can handle a variety of products in small lots. I believe that such a piping welding system is rare even in Japan. In the future, we plan to release videos of actual welding and the finished products, so please look forward to it.
