Our in-house developed patented product, the "KS Air Friction Shaft," enables high-quality winding of materials such as metal foil, stretchable sheets, and special films. Through our own research and development, we have numerous achievements with a low tension of 30N/m using the friction shaft. We can also manufacture friction shafts that rotate in both directions and those that are 6 inches or larger. With years of experience, we cater to the individual needs of each customer.
Business Activities
Our business consists of two main areas: the manufacturing and sales of our own friction shafts and mechanical chucks, and metal processing. Friction shafts are used for slitting winding shafts or unwinding shafts for various webs, achieving delicate and precise slits. Mechanical chucks grip the inner diameter of the core evenly by rotating without using air. In metal processing, we handle various materials and specialize in small lot and single-item processing! We particularly excel in lathe processing of die steel (SKD11, SKD60) after hardening, as well as lathe processing of SUS630. With many years of experience and collaboration with reliable partner companies, we carry out consistent production.
