The filter press type automatic pressure filtration and squeezing machine "ONP type" and "ONG type" is a pressure filtration and squeezing machine specialized for solid-liquid separation of beverages and food mash, including sake, vinegar, and mirin. It quickly separates solid and liquid phases of beverages, seasonings, and food mash, while our unique seal-less structure minimizes the absorption of aromas into the product caused by mechanical squeezing. Additionally, the squeezing process is designed to reduce damage to the mash caused by high pressure by gradually inflating the diaphragm sheet after the mash is injected with a pump. The squeezing pressure can also be adjusted as desired, allowing for filtration and squeezing according to the customer's preferred level of extraction. Regarding the maintenance of the filter plates, our seal-less structure does not use adhesives, enabling disassembly of the squeezing plates with just two screwdrivers. We have received feedback that this allows customers to replace parts themselves in case of troubles, especially in remote locations or overseas. We offer a range of sizes to meet customer needs, from a compact size suitable for laboratories with a filter chamber capacity of 1.2L to a medium size with a filter chamber capacity of 600L, while maintaining the dewatering performance and clarity of our main products, the large pressure filtration and squeezing machines "ONP type" and "ONG type." Additionally, for laboratory use and small-batch production, we standardize the frame (excluding the hydraulic cylinder) in stainless steel and use sanitary specifications for the piping, enabling more hygienic cleaning operations. The membrane filter holder is a surface filtration device compatible with various filter materials such as filter paper and films. It is a filter holder for membrane filters that demonstrates performance when the filtration target is small in quantity and fine, such as in the filtration of groundwater for product preparation or final filtration of products. Adopting a horizontal filtration method, it excels in stability, and because it is sealed by a cover, it allows for filtration to be completed without exposing the product liquid to the outside air. Disassembly and assembly can be performed by a single operator, and the use of stainless steel for the main body and filter plates enhances cleanability. Additionally, this product is multi-stage, and by using spacers, it allows for changes in the number of plates with a single machine.
