The DF-type filtration machine "Dynamic Filter" is a filter press type pre-coat filtration machine that has celebrated its 50th anniversary thanks to your support. With a structure that allows for changes in the number of stages (filtration area) and filter media for each production, it can accommodate the production of a variety of products with just one machine. Additionally, we offer a wide range of sizes, from the MMDF type (filtration area of 0.16m² and up), which is ideal for laboratories and small-scale filtration, to large machines with a maximum filtration area of 64m², allowing us to manufacture according to the filtration area you require. *For more details, please download the materials or contact us.

**Features** - Adjustable number of stages for each production By moving the optional partition plates, it is possible to change the filtration area for each production, reducing waste of filter material. - Compatible with various thicknesses of filter media (excluding model 430) By replacing the included spacers, it is possible to switch between various thicknesses of filter media such as thin filter paper, thick filter paper, and filter cloth. The replacement is a simple structure that just drops into the frame. - Reduced leakage By using double seal gaskets, there are no external leaks. The structure allows for air blowing, making it possible to recover residual liquid. - Stainless steel frame (excluding hydraulic cylinder) The contact parts, as well as the frame, are made of standard stainless steel SUS304. There is no worry about rust, and it can be kept clean. SUS316 specifications are also available as an option. - Adoption of snap-in gaskets (models 500 and 800) In addition to the standard baked-on type, snap-in gaskets are also available.
