Business Activities

We mainly manufacture functional automotive parts (engine, transmission, brakes, suspension components) that require high strength and reliability. Our company's characteristic is that we can perform all processes in-house, from raw materials (forging, die casting, pressing) to machining and assembly. We can accommodate everything from small quantities to mass-produced items, including mass production, replacement parts, and prototypes. In terms of forging, we can work with not only iron but also titanium and stainless steel. Our automotive parts are primarily used in the following areas: - Engine parts: Manufacturing of engine components such as valve guides and delivery pipes. - Transmission parts: Manufacturing of transmission components such as pistons for AT/CVT, shaft assembly shift, and select levers. - Brake parts: Manufacturing of brake components such as brake shoes. - Suspension parts: Manufacturing of suspension components such as strut rods and lower arms. - Towing parts: Manufacturing of towing components such as hook traction.
