The 2020s have begun with epoch-making changes such as labor shortages, work style reforms, and diversity, and soon we were hit by the COVID-19 pandemic, which has had a significant negative impact. In this context, NBC Engineering Co., Ltd. has begun its journey. Our company aims to develop products that address the challenges, needs, and issues faced in Japan's manufacturing sector, leading to solutions. We want to contribute to "Japanese manufacturing" not just by creating products but also by ensuring they are sold effectively. This company was established with that aspiration in mind. The three main challenges, needs, and issues we focus on are: 1. Improvement of workplace environments 2. Enhancements utilizing IoT 3. Cost improvements Through the development and sale of products that assist with these three improvements, we aim to fulfill our social significance and contribute to "Japanese manufacturing."
