Based on design drawings and 3D data, we select CAD/CAM systems according to the required precision of molds and prototype development parts, as well as the specifications of the processing equipment, and create processing data. The completed data undergoes simulation to ensure safer processing before being handed over to the processing department. Our CAD/CAM department is characterized by having many personnel with experience in manufacturing sites. In the automated line named "Dream Line," three high-precision simultaneous 5-axis machining centers operate continuously and unmanned during nights and holidays. Each machining center is equipped with six pallets loaded with workpieces, and once processing is complete, the pallet handling system automatically exchanges the pallets. During this process, positioning accuracy is maintained within 2μm, achieving micron-level product precision. Our company manufactures a variety of molds for different applications, primarily focusing on cold forging molds, as well as die-casting molds, press molds, and resin injection molds, for major automotive parts manufacturers. We are able to create molds for gears with complex shapes and deep contours with a precision of ±3 to 5 μm, utilizing a fully temperature-controlled environment at 23°C ±1.5°C and advanced equipment such as 5-axis machining centers.
