We would like to introduce our "EV/FCV Vehicle Prototyping/Development." We are engaged in specification discussions for system specifications and vehicle system development, as well as concept development, integration considerations, and vehicle assembly. In vehicle assembly, we not only manufacture demo vehicles and prototype vehicles but also conduct software development and HIL testing. The tests we conduct include functional tests, misuse tests, vehicle tuning, and various durability tests. The increase in system components and the corresponding importance of E/E development require an appropriate development process. This relates to a system architecture that ensures the achievement and tracking of development goals, creating a more detailed E/E architecture for low-voltage and high-voltage systems. At the engineering center in Steyr, we advance development from E/E architecture to the development of harnesses and wiring diagrams, taking safety measures into consideration while formulating component specifications. The diversification of propulsion systems, the increase in thermal requirements due to high-voltage systems and fuel cell propulsion systems, necessitates new thermal system solutions to achieve development goals.
