Rego-Fix was established in 1950 in the Basel region of Switzerland and is a manufacturer and seller of high-precision tooling systems. The ER collet, developed by Rego-Fix in 1972, quickly spread worldwide and was adopted as a DIN standard in 1993, becoming an industrial standard. Today, with over 280 employees globally, Rego-Fix continues to be an active leading company in the industry, delivering innovative tooling systems to customers. Rego-Fix has sales partners in 50 countries and subsidiaries in the United States, China, Japan, Brazil, and India. Its products are widely used in the automotive, aerospace, mold, machine tool, medical, telecommunications, and watch industries. Rego-Fix products are sold through authorized distributors. Business Activities
LEGOFIX currently offers five main product lines. The ER system is a mechanism developed by LEGOFIX in 1972 and is now an industrial standard known as DIN6499. It remains the most widely used tooling system in the world today. The micRun system is a highly precise product that evolved from the ER system. It boasts an astonishing accuracy with a total runout of less than 3μm, making it ideal for applications such as micro-machining. powRgrip is an ideal product that achieves outstanding core runout accuracy and high vibration damping easily and safely through its unique press-fit system. The Multi Line primarily offers a range of products for traditional machining processes. The Measurement Line, introduced in 2021, provides products such as arbors for spindle inspection and 3D probes that enhance process reliability through appropriate measurement. By utilizing these five product groups, LEGOFIX aims to respond to various demands arising in modern machining by leveraging each product's strengths and optimizing the machining process.
