We specialize in heavy castings ranging from 1 to 20 tons, as well as long castings measuring 5 to 10 meters. LargeCastings.com is committed to cupola melting. Compared to electric furnace melting, it produces ductile cast iron with a bending strength and deflection that are over 30% greater, which is crucial for large castings. Our high-performance annealing furnace minimizes internal stress (strain) to nearly zero. This results in castings that are less prone to aging, making them ideal for customers pursuing high-precision machinery. Additionally, castings produced through cupola melting are well-regarded for their ease of machining and finishing. We can quickly provide large castings because we conduct all processes, including outsourcing for wooden patterns, foam patterns, annealing, and shot blasting, within our group’s integrated system. We can melt up to 130 tons in a single day, allowing us to accommodate short lead times for castings ranging from 1 to 20 tons. By focusing exclusively on large castings, we concentrate our equipment and technological capabilities on large-scale casting, achieving an astonishing yield rate of 94-95%, which contributes to lower costs. (The average yield rate for general cast iron is 80-85%.) We also have our own factory for foam and wooden patterns, with five NC routers operating 24 hours a day, allowing us to reduce the costs of casting models.
