We are addressing the challenges of a shortage of IT personnel and the enormous costs involved in promoting DX (digital transformation).
Yopaz Inc. is a company specializing in AI solutions, smartphone app development, and system development. We support our clients in shaping their "thoughts" into reality with a team that combines expertise from both Japan and Vietnam. Many people have concerns about potential discomfort, communication issues, and quality control problems when working across the borders of Japan and Vietnam. However, by carefully assessing these factors and establishing a well-organized team structure, we leverage our extensive experience and knowledge across various fields to guarantee a level of quality that is on par with products manufactured in Japan, while achieving cost reductions of up to 70% to meet our clients' needs. When it comes to digitizing what our clients want to achieve, we not only work with existing documentation such as design documents but also extract information from their ideas to propose the optimal solutions. We provide a one-stop service that covers everything from upstream solution proposals, planning, requirements definition, architecture selection, design, infrastructure, development, to maintenance and operation.
Business Activities
We have established various development systems centered around system development, allowing us to respond quickly and flexibly to our customers' needs. ▪︎ Contract Development (Outsourcing) We will conduct hearings regarding the systems our customers require and propose the optimal solutions as needed. Based on the agreed-upon solution, we will calculate and present the development costs based on the necessary man-hours. After the contract is signed, we will sequentially carry out requirements definition, design, system design, development, testing, and deliver the final product by the agreed delivery date. ▪︎ Lab Development (ODC) We will set up a dedicated development team for the customer within our company and commit to the project as a member of the customer's development team. By securing talented personnel for a certain period, we can flexibly accept business requests. ▪︎ On-site Engineers We will work at the customer's office and commit as a member of the team. Long-term contracts similar to employees are, of course, possible, as well as short-term on-site assignments on a project basis. ▪︎ Hybrid Lab Development This system combines lab and on-site development. Some members of the lab team will work at the customer's office, collaborating with team members who are based in our company.
