Shtahl has established a wholly-owned factory in the Republic of the Philippines (hereinafter referred to as the Philippine factory). Every year, we send about three technical trainees to our company. After completing five years of training in Japan, they return to their home country and go back to the Philippine factory. Last year, the first group of trainees returned and is now active. They are also taking on challenges in heat treatment, which they did not experience in Japan.
