The issue of metal material procurement can be resolved by calling our company.
Our company was established in 1998 with the aim of supplying special steel materials and non-ferrous metal plates. We process the six sides of the cut steel materials using milling machines and deliver them finished to the required dimensions. Suppliers of metal materials can be broadly classified into two categories based on the shape of the products: a) Sheet metal It is often rolled and supplied in the form of coils. b) Plate metal It has a rectangular shape and can meet flatness requirements. Our company supplies materials that belong to category b). 1) Abundant stock of steel types While holding inventory is not preferable for business management, it allows us to respond to our customers' immediate needs. 2) Next-day shipping as a goal By making next-day shipping our standard, we aim to control the flow of goods. This is one way to contribute to the sales price for our customers.
Business Activities
■ We supply metal materials in plate shapes. - The thickness of the plates is achieved through precision cutting with a milling machine rather than rolling. [Vertical milling machine] - The width and length dimensions of the plates are also cut with a milling machine to ensure dimensional accuracy. [Horizontal milling machine] ★ For difficult-to-machine materials like stainless steel, the workpiece expands due to heat generated during processing. To prevent the phenomenon of dimensions shrinking as the temperature drops after processing, we enhance dimensional accuracy by applying cutting oil during milling. ★ If sufficient precision cannot be achieved with milling, we process the plate surface using a surface grinder. ■ We have steel materials in stock within the company. - The steel materials we handle can be classified into ordinary steel, special steel, and non-ferrous metals. We keep all of these in stock to respond quickly to customer requests. - If we do not have the stock available, we procure from external sources. One of our characteristics is having many suppliers who cooperate with us. ■ If it falls within our delivery route, we will deliver it using our in-house truck service. - We dispatch trucks daily on five routes to meet delivery deadlines. - For long distances, we use a transportation company.
