In our technical office, we provide after-sales service for our manufactured products, as well as new business development, operational management, and after-sales service for in-house and external contracting projects. Additionally, we actively undertake quality assurance tasks, particularly quality control operations (such as incoming inspections), from suppliers other than our company, and having a manufacturing site seems to contribute to the support from our client companies. At our Tochigi and Hiroshima factories, we handle, store, assemble, process, or inspect overseas production products for automotive supplier companies, expanding our business to include quality assurance and quality control contracting services, along with storage and manufacturing. At the Tochigi factory, we focus on the production of metal products through machining (such as machining centers and CNC lathes). In addition to our own equipment, we organize partnerships with cooperating companies to enable various processes such as polishing, plating, baking, painting, and welding. Typically, the required time varies depending on the processed products and quantities, but it is not uncommon for us to deliver within as short as 3 days from the time of inquiry and quotation. Additionally, while it is only a small portion of our customers, we do have products that can be delivered on the same day.
