This is J's Factory Tochigi Plant. We have NC lathes and machining capabilities. With our in-house integrated processing from round parts to 3D shapes through machine cutting, we can offer short delivery times and cost reductions. We accommodate everything from single pieces and small lots to mass production, handling a wide variety of small quantities with quick turnaround. We can also handle processes from plating and anodizing to heat treatment. ~ Why We Excel at Prototyping ~ Our speed and technical expertise in prototyping have been honed through experience with numerous drawings, receiving "prototype" projects from companies across various industries, primarily automotive manufacturers. Additionally, we have an automotive maintenance garage on-site, where we conduct a wide range of services from inspections and repairs to customizations. We also have many customers restoring classic cars, and there are times when repair parts are not available on the market. In such cases, we handle design, processing, and installation in-house.
