Our company specializes in differential gears manufactured through rolling processes. We are capable of continuous production across all processes from material input to cutting, forging, rolling, heat treatment, and storage in a three-dimensional warehouse. By transporting between processes using robots and conveyors, and employing unmanned forklifts for automatic storage in the warehouse, we minimize the occurrence of dents, improve quality, shorten lead times, and reduce labor. Additionally, we have achieved energy savings by reducing the need for double heating to a single heating process.
