We would like to introduce Koijima Seiko's "Mold Maintenance." In press production activities, various issues can arise, but among them, we quickly and accurately identify the causes of problems related to molds and establish a thorough maintenance system to ensure that production plans are not disrupted. For molds that require frequent maintenance, we have set up a system that allows for constant response, including the standardization of maintenance content based on daily production information and stocking of easily damaged parts. We carry out planned mold management in collaboration with the production department. In our mold manufacturing, we design molds based on the drawings provided by our customers, while planning appropriate processing methods to achieve both "precision" and "durability." • Mold Design

Our press processing mainly produces using single-stroke molds and progressive molds, and we generally select one of these methods based on the production lot size requested. In both production methods, whether single-stroke processing or progressive processing, we prioritize feedback of daily production information from the production department to the technical and management departments, with the fundamental goal of efficiently producing high-quality parts. 【Features】 ■ Production using single-stroke molds - We handle a wide variety of low-lot production items, and by implementing thorough standard operations from setup to production, we can accommodate small lots (around 100 pieces). ■ Production using progressive molds - While relatively large lots are ideal, we have a track record of handling lots of less than 1,000 pieces with progressive processing to keep running costs down. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
