Fukui Metal was established in 1968 and started its business with the processing of industrial sewing machine parts, specifically the bobbin case. The bobbin case is a crucial component that can be considered the heart of the sewing machine. Our ability to handle its processing for over 50 years is due to the trust our customers have in us, which is also a source of pride for us. To meet various customer demands, we manufacture our own brazing cutting tools for NC lathe processing, enabling us to perform machining of parts that are difficult with standard disposable tips. This technical capability is one of our strengths. Additionally, we excel in end face groove processing and possess specialized techniques such as O-ring groove processing.
