Tantalum pentoxide (Ta₂O₅) is a white powder oxide with high dielectric constant, high heat resistance, and high corrosion resistance, making it an essential material in the optical and electronics fields. This product is of Indian origin and is classified as OPTICAL GRADE (purity of 99.99% or higher), adopting a powdered form that offers extremely high transparency and refractive index control. It particularly achieves high transparency and high refractive index in optical glass and optical thin films, being utilized in cutting-edge optical devices, electronic components, and communication devices.
