We handle patented Fe-Al special alloys!
Our company manufactures and sells damping materials, magnetic materials, heat-resistant materials, and acoustic components using the patented material Alfe. We are a research and development-oriented company. We have collaborated with various companies to prototype and evaluate products using the functional Alfe (Fe-Al alloy) material we developed. We also develop and sell our own products independently. The relationship between our company and businesses wishing to commercialize products is established through a partnership agreement aimed at mass production. We provide technology and aim for commercialization with our partner companies.

■Manufacturing and sales of damping materials, magnetic materials, heat-resistant materials, and acoustic components using the patented material Alphe. ・Provision of technology utilizing patents (electromagnetic, heat-resistant, damping) *Alphe is a registered trademark of Alpheco Co., Ltd. ■Proposal for specific projects aimed at commercialization ● Brake pad back plates used in automobiles and bicycles that eliminate noise ● Lightweight turbocharger valve heat-resistant components that are cheaper than SUS310S and SUH660 ● Lightweight engine fastening components for pleasure boats that reduce vibration and noise ● Fuel injection injectors with excellent magnetic control ● Golf equipment (irons, putters) that are effective against micro-vibrations and have low specific gravity ● Motor housings with excellent electromagnetic and magnetic shielding ● SOFC for fuel cells with excellent heat resistance and no chromium leaching ● Lightweight and quiet motor covers for automobiles ● Electron microscope stages with no micro-vibrations ● Torpedo components ● Components for waste incinerators with excellent high-temperature corrosion resistance If you are interested in the above proposals, please contact us at the information below.
