We are pleased to announce that our company has been certified as a Health Management Excellent Corporation 2025 (for small and medium-sized enterprises). Although each individual initiative may be small, we have realized that when combined, they can take on a significant form. Even after being certified as a Health Management Excellent Corporation, our commitment to health management will continue, and we intend to keep striving for certification every year.

As of February 1, 2025, our company has been certified as a Platinum Diverse Work Style Practice Company by Saitama Prefecture. This certification is based on multiple criteria, including paid leave acquisition rates, overtime hours, women's participation, and men's parental leave, and is categorized into three levels: Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Our company was invited by Saitama Prefecture to undergo the certification review, and we were certified at the highest level, Platinum. We will continue to pursue employee work-life balance and health management.

We are pleased to announce that our company's health management initiatives have been recognized, and we have been certified as a Health and Productivity Management Excellent Enterprise. We will continue to work on health management and strive to be certified as an Excellent Health Management Organization this fiscal year.
