We accept additional processing of molded products due to design changes and other reasons. We can accommodate small quantities of around 10 pieces up to units of 1,000. Even when it is not feasible to stop the manufacturing line for several weeks, we can modify the already produced molded products by adding processing to the changed parts with the same material during the mold revision, thus altering the shape and creating usable products. We offer cutting processing for working models and mechanical parts. We can handle cutting processing for prototypes. We can accommodate sizes from approximately 10mm to 1000mm, and even for quantities of 1 to about 100, where molding is not cost-effective, we can respond with cutting. Before manufacturing molds, we can support small-scale production for shape and function verification through prototypes. We provide plastic machining services such as prototype model production and mold master model production. We can achieve dimensional accuracy in the range of 1/100 mm.
