This is an introduction to the cutting resin block "L-CUBE" used for prototype machining. Our company provides high-quality cutting prototype board materials using a unique method that utilizes injection molding. This is the laminated molding block obtained from the laminated molding process.

This is an air blast abrasive that does not damage the substrate. It allows for significant reductions in work time without scratching screws or molds. Due to its low hardness, sandblasting quickly removes resin residues and carbides without compromising surface roughness. It effectively achieves complete removal of black spots, reduces defect rates, and prevents mold drooping, making it effective for mold cleaning.

We are processing unused resources such as rice husks and bamboo, as well as plant waste emitted from food factories, through high-speed separation to produce cellulose and cellulose nanofibers. The difference in raw materials means that the properties of various types of cellulose are diverse, and we will propose cellulose that meets our clients' needs, including alternative materials to plastics.

The nccPrime project is actively promoting the 3R-Composite concept, which combines ASR recycled materials, recycled resins, and low-carbon recycled carbon fibers (rCF) with 13 participating companies. This technology can be applied to various molding methods and serves as the core of resin recycling technology, including ASR. Additionally, in terms of construction methods, it aims for further productivity improvements while achieving both structural performance and weight reduction as Integrated LFT-D.

We will take your raw materials (rolls) and process them into various sizes through slitting, sheet cutting, trimming, and chopping. Specifically, this includes film sheets, fibers, carbon fibers, paper, non-woven fabrics, copper foil, adhesive tape, rubber, and more. The minimum width is 0.5mm for record rolls and 0.07mm for traverse rolls, with a maximum roll length of 30,000M, achieving top performance in the slitting industry.

Our company specializes in composite molding processing using thermoplastic resins. We accommodate various materials including carbon fibers, glass fibers, and natural fibers. In consideration of environmental impact, we are also working on the development of natural fiber prepregs and the recycling of composite materials. We apply the technology of crushing ores for sale to provide easy-to-handle recycled carbon fibers. From milled (powder) to cut fibers and pellets, we offer made-to-order production and contract processing according to your needs. We have established a supply chain with various manufacturers, and our product lineup includes intermediate materials for 3D printers, injection molding, and press molding, as well as final products like screws made from those materials. This is CFRP made by layering sheet-like intermediate materials produced through a papermaking process and then press forming. Papermaking is a method for creating non-woven fabrics and is a wet process. Compared to dry processes, it allows for uniform fiber distribution and stable orientation. As a result, it achieves stable high strength. Additionally, recycled carbon fibers can be mixed in, contributing to LCA (Life Cycle Assessment).

Improving the adhesion of CFRP with metals and resins requires optimal surface treatment. The Openair-Plasma? technology simultaneously performs cleaning and activation, significantly enhancing adhesive reliability. Furthermore, the PlasmaPlus? coating allows for the addition of high durability and functionality. We will introduce new possibilities for CFRP bonding, incorporating actual samples and the latest application cases.

At the Hamamatsu Industrial Technology Support Center, we can produce UD tapes and chopped UD tapes from carbon fibers and resin films using an ultrasonic opening and impregnation device. We are collaborating with member companies of the Hamamatsu region CFRP commercialization research group to support the prototype development of molding complex three-dimensional products in a single shot using chopped UD tapes as materials, as well as to develop new technologies that enable the recycling of molded products through reheating and remolding.

Hybrid molding is a molding method that combines injection molding and continuous fiber sheets to achieve integrated molding. It offers the advantages of cost-effectiveness, mass production capability, and design flexibility of injection molding, while allowing for lightweight, high strength, and high elasticity (as a substitute for metal) by inserting continuous fibers.

Leister's infrared heaters cater to a variety of applications, including drying and thermal forming, and have gained high trust in various countries, being adopted across a wide range of industries. In Europe, they are used for heating shrink sleeves for PE-coated steel pipes for underwater pipelines; in India, they are employed for embossing by the largest manufacturer of yoga mats; and in the United States, they are utilized for overmolding processes. Thanks to their unique, highly efficient, and stable infrared heating technology, they significantly contribute to improving productivity and stabilizing product quality.

The gel time measurement device "Shizuka" can non-destructively measure CF prepreg while it remains in sheet form. It accommodates prepregs as thin as 10 micrometers and measures curing behavior, viscosity, and viscoelasticity. It contributes to material development and quality control through rheological evaluation.

Electromagnetic waves that cause malfunctions in machines and communication disruptions need to be shielded more than ever due to recent trends in electrification and wireless technology. Our company has developed an electromagnetic wave shielding film that can achieve 99.99% shielding across a wide frequency range, utilizing our long-established plating technology. We offer a variety of products, including not only plating on resin substrates for shielding but also thin-film electromagnetic wave shielding sheets and resin substrates that incorporate metal powders to impart electromagnetic wave shielding functionality directly into the resin material.
