Are you facing the concern of wanting to lower manufacturing costs while also prioritizing quality and delivery times? With the "MIHARU Ring," material costs can be reduced to about one-third. In typical ring manufacturing examples, cutting materials with a laser results in 131 kg of scrap. (This is based on a cutting size of 28×800×600.) However, in MIHARU's ring manufacturing method, materials are bent cold without heating, and the edges are welded using a flash butt welding machine.
