It is difficult for everyone to perform their work perfectly without any mistakes, and no matter how careful one is, human errors cannot be reduced to zero. However, if we simply leave it at "it can't be helped," it can lead to increased labor and costs, while quality declines, resulting in significant losses for companies. There are various causes such as complacency, decreased awareness of danger and safety, and lack of education and training. So, how can we prevent these issues in advance and minimize the impact in case they do occur?
