<Distortion Correction Roll Machine> Corrects complex distortions across the entire workpiece! Reduces processing distortions! • This roll correction machine, arranged in a staggered pattern with multiple rolls, performs bending correction of peaks and valleys across the entire workpiece, unlike point-specific corrections in press correction. • By bending the workpiece once, it can also equalize the complex internal stresses inherent in the workpiece, thereby reducing processing distortions that occur during machining and bending processes.

• Forging Machine

Our company handles a "system-integrated automatic measurement device" that moves a strip-shaped laser sensor parallel to the measurement object, reading values at 50mm intervals and determining the displacement amount as a strain value. It targets rail materials up to 4600mm in length, connecting various correction machines and automatic measurement devices through a workpiece transport system as a correction system. This specification allows for the calculation of correction amounts based on the state of the workpiece and the determination of pass/fail after correction. Additionally, it is equipped with a 90-degree inversion function and a centering function that also facilitates the transfer of workpieces. Based on the values, it determines bending tendencies and instructs the insertion direction and inversion direction for the roll machine (for measurement), while setting pass/fail standards for overall bending and local bending at both ends, allowing for the identification of NG (non-conforming) areas (for pass/fail determination). *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

We handle a "Twist Correction Machine" that clamps one side of the rail material from above and below, measures the balance between the bottom surface of the clamp and the bottom surface on the opposite side, and twists it in the opposite direction if it is out of specification. Pass/fail standard values and correction amounts can be set arbitrarily. We handle the "End Bend Correction Machine." There are vertical specifications for one-direction correction and horizontal specifications that correct by pushing and pulling. Both types operate by inserting the item fully and then, while extruding at a specified pitch, they measure and correct at each point. Additionally, the horizontal specification allows for setting the number of correction points and the pitch for extraction, enabling the measurement of the target area as a whole and identifying the correction points.
