A correction device for rail materials up to approximately 40mm square, targeting twisting (warping) distortion!
We handle a "Twist Correction Machine" that clamps one side of the rail material from above and below, measures the balance between the bottom surface of the clamp and the bottom surface on the opposite side, and twists it in the opposite direction if it is out of specification. Pass/fail standard values and correction amounts can be set arbitrarily.
