The vacuum deposition method involves heating and melting the material, and then condensing the resulting vapor onto a substrate to form a thin film. The sputtering method accelerates ionized molecules and atoms to collide with a material, depositing the ejected material as a thin film on a substrate, and this material is called the target. The shape of the target is determined by the device, and it can be rectangular, cylindrical, etc. Generally, bonding-type targets with the material attached to a backing plate are used, but particularly for cylindrical targets, there are also bonding types, thermal spray types, and monolithic types. Conventional refrigeration units use HCFC gas as a refrigerant, but due to the Fluorocarbon Emission Control Law enacted in 2015, the production and consumption of HCFC gas will be prohibited after 2020. Therefore, if HCFC gas leaks occur due to maintenance or malfunction, it will no longer be possible to refill with new HCFC gas. The "D500X" is a high-speed centrifugal dryer that complies with REACH regulations and does not fall under the Fire Service Act, making it a safe option for the environment and human health. It is equipped with a mechanism that automatically adjusts for unbalanced workpiece weight (automatic centering mechanism), allowing for stable high-speed rotation. We handle the PSI Trading automatic continuous spectrometer 'OPM-300T', which automates, speeds up, and enables continuous spectral measurements. Measurements in the visible to near-infrared range, which traditionally take a few minutes with conventional spectrometers, can be shortened to just a few seconds per measurement thanks to the adoption of a high-sensitivity CCD detector. Additionally, with a measurement area of 300mm x 300mm, measurements at specified points can be automatically conducted through software.
