Currently, our company primarily uses two types of paper-based boards for the production of displays such as booths and fixtures. Both are made from 100% paper materials, lightweight, high-strength, and highly durable display boards. The first is Re-board, which originated in Sweden. Re-board, developed in the environmentally advanced country of Sweden, is an eco-material made from pulp sourced from sustainably managed forests and renewable resources. Its manufacturing process involves stacking and compressing multiple layers of cardboard to increase density, which are then cut vertically to create a sturdy board. The core (inner part) has a honeycomb structure, and its strength and durability increase with the surface area of contact, making it robust enough to support a car depending on the design. The second is domestically produced paper honeycomb board. As the name suggests, the core consists of hexagonal columns arranged in a regular honeycomb pattern, truly embodying a honeycomb structure. It is even lighter than Re-board while still possessing enough strength and durability to support human weight. There is diversity in the size, density, and thickness of the hexagonal columns (cells), allowing for differentiation based on application. The differences in the honeycomb structure (density) of the core affect the weight, strength, and ease of handling.

～SIGN&DISPLAY SHOW 2023～ ● A panel-type booth focused on lightness and strength Using paper honeycomb that anyone can easily handle regardless of gender or age, a new exhibition booth has been completed that challenges new endeavors. By utilizing P joints that allow two panels to be stacked and connected, it has been finished with a structure resembling walls and towers that combines stability and strength. ● A paper staircase has been completed! A staircase capable of being ascended and descended by people has been completed by laminating 90mm thick paper honeycomb boards, the maximum thickness available. While the paper honeycomb is reassuring in terms of surface strength, caution is needed with pin heels! Since it is made of paper, concentrated loads can create holes. ● To the observation deck inside the tower By climbing the stairs, you can enter the interior of the tower. Using craft honeycomb boards that prioritize strength, a height of 900mm has been constructed in a lattice formation. The sturdy observation deck is completed, capable of supporting multiple people without issue. The tower structure has windows, making it exceptional to look outside from there. Currently, it is on display in our showroom. Visits to the factory and showroom are accepted at any time.

It is a material that can be directly adhered to the floor without adhesive, allowing it to be stuck and removed multiple times without damaging the floor.

• Other office supplies

This is a recommended product for maintaining social distance in places where many people gather, such as waiting areas in hospitals, banks, restaurants, and movie theaters. Made of tarpaulin material, it is resistant to dirt and easy to install. Simply attach it to the back of a chair to promote social distancing! You can easily display social distance markers by adding or removing it according to the number of seats.

■ Original exhibition booths made from 100% paper material The environmentally friendly paper material "Reboard," born in Sweden at the forefront of eco-friendliness, is made from thinned wood from sustainably managed forests and recycled materials from used cardboard. Being made of paper, it is lightweight, allowing for setup and dismantling by a small number of people, and when no longer needed, it can be disposed of as recyclable material. ■ Lightweight and durable Reboard is an extremely lightweight material, weighing about 1/5 that of conventional MDF (chipboard). ■ High suitability for inkjet direct printing The white and beautiful printing surface made from virgin pulp is well-suited for inkjet direct printing, allowing for the reproduction of the intended color tones. ■ Easy molding, processing, and installation No special tools or skills are required for assembly, similar to woodworking. Large fixtures can be transported and assembled by a small team, and women can also participate in the work.

Our company offers a wide range of media, including tarpaulin, marking sheets, illuminated films, and FF sheets. We leverage our extensive experience in producing various indoor and outdoor signage, tapestries, banners, hanging banners, posters, flags, and large outdoor billboards to propose vibrant spatial presentations.
