ISDS stands for Intelligent Sensor Detection System, a unique feature name from Hydrotechnik. When used in combination with the handheld logger provided by Hydrotechnik, it allows for: 1) Simply connecting the sensor automatically identifies the type of sensor and the type of signal output, completing the setup automatically! 2) Automatically reads the linear correction parameters recorded during the sensor's manufacturing to improve the sensor's reading accuracy. The reading accuracy of the sensor is enhanced.

This is a group of sensors that can measure liquid level, relative moisture, relative permittivity, conductivity, viscosity, particles, and iron powder. By monitoring the condition of oil through various parameters, it contributes to preventive maintenance, minimizes downtime, and helps keep the system healthy. [Examples of Applications] - Relative moisture monitors the emulsification of oil. It can be used in various hydraulic equipment. - Relative permittivity and conductivity monitor changes in the condition of oil. The deterioration of oil begins at a certain point and then changes rapidly. In combination with our handheld logger, it allows for the observation of change points and even the prediction of oil lifespan. - Monitoring viscosity ensures that the system operates within acceptable viscosity limits. - The number of particles in the oil is counted according to the size of particles in compliance with ISO4406:99, allowing for the assessment of oil contamination. This enables judgment of oil contamination based on numerical values rather than color. - Iron powder in the oil monitors the amount of iron powder mixed in due to equipment wear, managing the wear condition of the equipment. *By using the handheld logger MS5070, the condition of the oil can be quickly checked and recorded through the dedicated menu for the above sensors!

The HySense(R) T family consists of a modular system that can be applied to various applications. Additionally, its structure makes it easy to create custom products. Furthermore, by using the mini-measurement points developed by our company that can be coupled with systems under pressure, it enables the measurement of temperature and pressure of operating equipment.

A wide measurement range from -1 bar (-0.1 MPa) to 1000 bar (100 MPa). Available in current output, voltage output, and CAN signal output types. The PR400, capable of sampling at 10 kHz (0.1 ms) with a high dynamic range, will not miss instantaneous pressure changes. It contributes to R&D, system validation, finished product shipping inspections, and operational verification during failures. The body color is color-coded for each pressure range, preventing mistakes when replacing units. Custom specifications, including a compact type that supports 2000 bar (200 MPa), are also available. The Minimess test points are installed at points in the hydraulic circuit that need to be diagnosed, but they are not necessarily located in easily measurable places. In such cases, it is possible to move the measurement point to a location where it can be measured using hoses. Hydrotechnik hoses are optimally developed for high-pressure oil and gas applications. There are hose types DN2 and DN4, each boasting pressure resistance of up to 630 bar (63 MPa) and 450 bar (43 MPa), respectively. Patrick is a device that counts the number of particles contained in oil. By monitoring the number of particles, it becomes possible to assess the level of contamination in the oil. The classification of particles according to their size is established by ISO4406:99, and Patrick displays the corresponding particle count on its screen. By converting the ambiguous information of color into a clear standard based on the number of particles mixed in the oil, it becomes possible to plan more reliable maintenance in advance for hydraulic equipment's preservation and repair. Timely maintenance allows for the optimization of equipment downtime and the prevention of failures, enabling maximum efficiency.
