This recognition is a result of our high evaluation as a company that actively works to promote youth employment and create a comfortable working environment. What is Youth Yell Certification? Youth Yell Certification is a system awarded to companies that are recognized by the government for their commitment to the recruitment and development of young people, as well as for having a favorable working environment. We are pleased to announce that the new factory building and office building at the Suo Factory located in the Suo Industrial Park, Koshū, Hikari City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, have been completed, and the reorganization of all business bases has been finalized as detailed below. 1. Overview of Business Base Reorganization Previously, our operations were conducted at three locations: the headquarters and the Asae Factory, the Shimada Factory, and the Suo Factory. We have consolidated the packaging materials-related operations from the Shimada Factory to the Suo Factory, with some operations moved to the headquarters and Asae Factory. Consequently, we have closed the Shimada Factory. Through this reorganization, we aim to create an environment where a diverse workforce, regardless of age or gender, can work safely and securely, while also building an efficient and flexible production system and further improving our quality management standards. 2.
