Free membership registrationHere is a brief introduction to the "spray dryer" used in SD science. We adopt the "rotary atomizer method" as the spraying method. Compared to other spraying methods, it is easier to control the particle size, allowing us to obtain products with uniform particle sizes. Additionally, we use a "two-point collection method" for product collection, recovering from both below the drying chamber and below the cyclone. This results in a good overall product recovery rate and eliminates the need for mixing in subsequent processes, thereby increasing production efficiency. Neglecting contamination measures can lead not only to problems in the subsequent processes of our clients but, in the worst case, can damage our clients' trust. Our company has introduced a CIP (Cleaning in Place) automatic cleaning system for the cleaning of drying equipment, and we have installed numerous inspection ports along the line to conduct visual checks during all cleaning processes. Additionally, since we are a specialized factory for contract processing that dries a large number of raw liquids, we use flexible piping between the raw liquid tanks and the liquid transfer pumps, disassembling and cleaning them for each product changeover.
