Only companies with previous experience in drying using a spray dryer are accepted for prototype production with mass production machines. Mass production machine (atomizer type disk, vane type, Kessner type) - Required amount of raw material: 300kg or more (paid) - Processing speed: dries 150-300kg/h of raw material (depends on raw material properties and drying conditions) - Possible liquid properties: same as lab machine [Flow of contract processing] ■ Inquiry for contract processing (please send an email to inquiry@sd-science.co.jp) → Meeting (confirmation of raw material characteristics, product specifications, schedule adjustments, etc.) → Test processing with trial machine (will be conducted as closely as possible to customer requests)
