Our company has been engaged in support activities, albeit modestly, by providing generators in collaboration with local governments in the affected areas. With various supplies in short supply, roads have been cut off in many places, and restoring power after outages is taking time. Moreover, we have witnessed cases where generators, despite being available, could not operate due to a lack of gasoline. Today, we are interviewing Masaki Tanaka, the director of Asamidori-kai Rainbow Works, a social welfare corporation. Rainbow Works operates a daytime work facility for individuals with disabilities and five group homes. Director Tanaka also serves as the chairperson of the Disaster Prevention Committee of the Aichi Prefecture Association for Intellectual Disabilities.
