"Plasma nitriding" is a treatment that effectively improves wear resistance, galling resistance, and fatigue strength. Due to the processing in a vacuum, the surface obtained after treatment is in a non-oxidized state, resulting in minimal reduction in surface roughness and slight distortion, allowing for the omission or simplification of post-processing. It can be used for nitriding special metals such as stainless steel and titanium. Additionally, partial nitriding (anti-nitriding) can be easily performed, and in some steel types, it can enhance corrosion resistance. 【Features】 ■ Effective treatment that improves wear resistance, galling resistance, and fatigue strength ■ Capable of nitriding special metals such as stainless steel and titanium ■ Easy to perform partial nitriding (anti-nitriding), and can improve corrosion resistance depending on the type of steel *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce our "Vacuum Heat Treatment." We adopt a method where all processes from heating to cooling are conducted in a heating chamber, preventing oxidation during cooling. Since vacuum is inert to metals, it is used as an ideal atmosphere, resulting in a good surface condition with excellent luster that requires little to no finishing. Additionally, the vacuum heat treatment heating is conducted solely by radiant heat, resulting in a very gentle temperature rise. This leads to a small temperature difference between the surface and the center of the treated item, allowing for uniform expansion and contraction, and enabling heat treatment with minimal distortion. 【Features】 - A vacuum pressure corresponding to 1×10−1 Pa retains 1 ppm of impurity gas. - Conducted solely by radiant heat. - The surface maintains its luster, and deformation is minimal, allowing for significant reduction in post-treatment processing. - No quenching oil is used, and there is no intrusion of oil into the chamber or vacuum furnace. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe use a vacuum heat treatment furnace to perform vacuum brazing within a vacuum range of 1 Pa to 1.0 × 10⁻³ Pa. This allows for easy joining of complex shapes and multiple joints. Additionally, since we do not use flux, there is no contamination, the appearance is good, and there are no issues with corrosion due to residual flux. Please feel free to contact us if you have any requests. 【Features】 ■ Minimal distortion and good precision ■ Capable of joining special materials and dissimilar materials ■ The vacuum degassing effect minimizes the presence of bubbles in the joint ■ Good working environment ■ No post-processing required *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.

Free membership registrationWe offer an "Electron Beam Welding Service" that achieves narrow and deep penetration due to localized heat input, minimizing twisting and distortion compared to conventional arc welding. Thanks to electromagnetic control, high-speed braking and deflection are possible, allowing for highly precise processing with good reproducibility. This service is suitable for processing high melting point materials and highly reactive metals that are prone to oxidation. Please feel free to contact us if you have any requests. 【Welding Technology】 - Welding (jointing) of base materials without the use of filler rods, except for some alloys. - Narrow deep penetration welding unique to electron beams is possible. - High-precision welding with minimal heat impact and distortion due to high-speed and small spot diameter heat input. - Vacuum sealing welding that creates a vacuum inside the container is possible. - Welding of dissimilar metals (e.g., Cu + SUS) is possible, among others. *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.
