If you later wish to control multiple units, it can be accommodated by adding server software. 2. Reduction of material handling errors Thanks to the TM landmark feature of Techman, automatic origin position correction is possible, allowing for automatic correction of errors in the AMR's arrival position. 3. Our company is developing a business themed around "small starts," which involves automating part of the production process with collaborative robots. While utilizing robots is a response to labor shortages, the public's perception of robots as "working 24 hours" and "capable of anything" often leads to the desire to have robots perform every task in the workflow. However, automating with this mindset can lead to issues such as: - Enormous costs that do not justify the return on investment, - Lack of installation space. These problems can result in a situation where automation does not progress. It is important to clearly define the purpose of automation as either "labor saving," "quantification," or "reduction of labor," and to start with simple processes. Therefore, we propose our original product, the Techman 360 AI visual inspection system, which allows for affordable automation installation with teaching-less and convenient setup. We aim to achieve "quantification," "quality improvement," and "labor saving" in the inspection process.

Our company will become a sub-partner for Techman collaborative robots. Techman collaborative robots come standard with vision cameras and AI functions, significantly lowering the barriers to automation with simple controls. However, for customers who ask, "How can we conduct takt verification and AI model accuracy verification before implementation?" or "We don't have personnel for image collection and model verification for AI inspection," we will provide a wide range of support using our demo machines, from robot teaching to takt verification, capturing images for visual inspection, creating AI models, and model verification. Additionally, if the shape of the sample work provided by the customer cannot be accommodated with a general-purpose gripper, we will design a dedicated gripper using 3D CAD and create it through 3D printing for verification, allowing for takt verification in an environment close to the actual site.
