During collision tests, we can capture and analyze the behavior of vehicle deformation, device components, and dummy figures using high-speed cameras. We propose a shooting system for crash safety experiments that combines various high-speed cameras, from stationary cameras capturing the interior to small cameras that can photograph hard-to-reach internal components, along with lighting devices that provide appropriate illumination for various installation locations, and image analysis software that performs quantitative analysis such as displacement, speed, and acceleration. We introduce a system that allows for the analysis of high-precision position, displacement, velocity, and acceleration by randomly placing markers on the object being measured and capturing the deformation process with two high-speed cameras. Since it only requires placing markers, it can accommodate complex shapes and rotating bodies. "MEMRECAM MX" is a multi-head high-speed camera that combines five uniquely designed camera heads, allowing for system configurations tailored to the shooting scene. The main unit, MX-5, is available in two types: 4ch or 8ch. The camera heads include the M-Cam, which captures Full HD at 2,000 frames per second; the M-CamMFT, which allows remote control of focus, iris, and zoom; and the M2-Cam, a compact and lightweight model with a 33mm square size. Additionally, there are two more models: the M3-Cam, which is even smaller at 25mm square, and the ultra-compact μ-Cam, measuring 15mm square. We introduce a system that captures the interference between the engine and other parts during actual vehicle operation using a high-speed camera, measuring the movement amounts. It is possible to perform three-dimensional analysis and 6DOF analysis of displacement amounts of suspension components.
