"De Kiru Co., Ltd." is a company focused on supporting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), well-being, diversity, and human capital management. We aim to enhance employee happiness, improve engagement, and support the transition from "work style reform" to "work fulfillment reform" (creating a comfortable workplace). Our company places great importance on people's emotions and mental health, offering Lego Serious Play training and coaching using Lego blocks.
