Our company is constantly striving to improve work efficiency and systems, establishing a framework to accommodate complex processing, and we accept orders for mold manufacturing. We use NC machining equipment such as 3-axis and 4-axis machines capable of mounting end mills with a minimum radius of 0.05, wire processing machines that can handle wire diameters down to Φ0.05, and surface grinding machines with operational control of 0.2μ. To provide new responses to our customers, we have introduced precision machining equipment and three-dimensional measuring machines, and we are challenging ourselves to establish unique microfabrication technologies such as nano-processing techniques. 【Mold Manufacturing Flow】 1.
